Account & data deletion
Delete your YardBird account
Operator: YardBird is operated by Joseph Bailey, a Texas sole proprietor.
YardBird users can permanently delete their account directly in the app: More → Business account → Delete YardBird account. The in-app flow verifies the account password before deletion.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email using the address associated with your YardBird account.

- Your Firebase authentication account.
- Your YardBird business profile and workspace.
- Customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, recurring plans, crews, team records, and issues.
- YardBird cloud photos stored for the business.
- Active public estimate and invoice links and their YardBird snapshots.
Subscription billing
The in-app deletion flow cancels an active YardBird SaaS subscription before the account is deleted so future YardBird subscription billing stops. For an emailed deletion request, YardBird will verify the request and address the subscription as part of the deletion process.
Financial and legally retained records
Payment processors such as Stripe may retain transaction, payout, fraud- prevention, tax, or other financial records when required by law or their compliance obligations. YardBird removes its active account/workspace data and stored Stripe account links as part of deletion, but cannot require a payment processor to erase records it is legally required to retain.
Requests submitted by email
Send the request from the email address associated with the YardBird account whenever possible. YardBird may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Verified requests are normally completed within 7 days, and we will confirm when the request is complete.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
